Four Ways to Customize
- Minor customization — selected adjustments to suitable existing products: logo, color, accessories, or packaging changes.
- Drawing-based customization — new products developed from your artwork, drawings, or reference images.
- Sample-based customization — reproduction or adaptation of a legally supplied physical reference sample.
- ODM collaboration — product-development support for buyers who have a market concept but need design and engineering input.
The 5-Step Development Process
1. Share the Project Brief
Send your artwork or reference sample, required size, estimated quantity, target market, intended user group, branding needs, packaging requirements, destination, and planned launch window. A complete brief helps us review your project faster.
2. Review Feasibility
The design is reviewed for construction, proportions, materials, decoration, accessories, labeling, packaging, and project-specific requirements. Questions and potential adjustments are identified before sampling — so both sides know what is achievable before committing to a sample.
3. Develop and Approve the Sample
The sample allows both sides to review appearance, dimensions, colors, fabric, embroidery or print, filling, accessories, labels, and packaging. Feedback should be consolidated and recorded against a defined sample version.
4. Confirm Production Specifications
Before production, the approved design, materials, measurements, tolerances, artwork, components, labels, packaging, inspection criteria, and applicable market requirements are documented.
5. Produce, Inspect, and Prepare for Shipment
Production and inspection follow the confirmed project requirements. Packing, carton information, assortment, documents, destination, and shipping arrangements are reviewed according to the order.

Before Sampling: What Gets Reviewed
Silhouette, dimensions, materials, fabric pile, filling, colors, embroidery or print, accessories, labels, packaging, and market-specific requirements. Final commercial and technical terms depend on the individual product and confirmed order scope — we confirm MOQ, pricing, sampling costs, and lead times per project rather than publishing one-size-fits-all numbers.
