An approved sample and written specification establish the reference for dimensions, materials, colors, construction, decoration, accessories, labels, packaging, and inspection checkpoints. Bulk production should begin only after the sample, materials, colors, dimensions, logo, accessories, and packaging details are confirmed.

Materials Selected for the Product
The look and feel of a plush product depend on how its material, pile length, filling, structure, and decoration work together. Our material directions include plush, short plush, long plush, cotton, organic cotton, polyester, and nylon, with PP cotton filling on selected items.
Material selection reflects the intended appearance, touch, structure, decoration method, use scenario, and destination-market requirements. A short-pile fabric may make embroidery and shape details easier to read, while a longer pile may create a softer or furrier appearance. Filling density influences firmness, recovery, weight distribution, and shape retention.
Compliance and Testing
Testing and certification requirements vary by product design, materials, components, age positioning, destination, and sales channel. Tell us the destination country and the required standard, and we will confirm which testing, reports, labels, or documents are available or need to be arranged for the specific product.
What We Confirm per Project
Inspection scope, acceptance criteria, testing, labeling, documentation, and shipment-release conditions are confirmed for each SKU, intended age group, target market, and order. Pre-shipment inspection requirements — method, acceptance criteria, responsible party, timing, and cost — should be written into the order terms when applicable.
